1. Return Eligibility

Generally, you can return most new, unopened items sold on the Marketplace within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. However, there are some exceptions:

• Perishable items: Perishable items, such as food and dietary supplements with short expiration dates, cannot be returned.
• Used or opened items: Items that have been used or opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
• Items not in original packaging: Items that are not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Items listed with a "No Return" policy: Some items may be listed by Vendors with a "No Return" policy. These items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@epreserve.com & 1-833-456-7892 within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 21 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, or if we believe that you are abusing our return policy.

If a return is denied, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
